The product was good and in one of the bag supporting bars has some rust and doesnot look like new one.

Your supplied products are not the ones you showed in Web. You supplied 7 cm shorter products, which is shameful. Texture was very different as it was ordinary canvas in place of what you showed in web. The stitches are worst. The handle tore already. The products were not cleaned by the tailor after stitch. Overall, you made a mess. No one should look at merchants like you, basically cheaters. Must close down or it will happen very soon.
